In this ad we offer a beautiful, big and sunny room in a shared flat of 5. Due to regulations, you need to have a student status to be able to move in. We are looking for someone to rent this room longer term (at least a year), and is 26 years or older. The total rent is 394 EUR per month.
The room will be furnished with some of the furniture you can see in the pictures, like the bed and mattress, the sofa and the wardrobe. Some furniture will be taken with, such as the desk and desk chair. We can discuss the details in person, and of course you can change the furniture and layout of the room to your liking.
We have a huge kitchen with a lovely living room area where you can sit and chill. The kitchen is well equipped with all you might need. There is also a big bathroom with a shower, two sinks, a washing machine and enough space to dry your clothes.
Our flat is located on Cherisy-Straße, a pretty and colourful corner of Konstanz. With Zebra Kino, Kula-Bar, and Heimathafen very close by, there is plenty to do in our own neighborhood. In addition, the whole area is quiet, and during sunny days, the garden is ideal to sit and enjoy the sunshine or have lunch with friends. The Fürstenberg bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the building and the train stop is a 5-minute walk. There is a mini-organic-food shop nearby. Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, are each 5-10 minutes away by bike. The city center is 10-15 minutes away by bike or bus.
Since we always had at least 1-2 international students living with us, we are very open to international students (but of course it‘s not a requirement) and are open to having English as our flat language. Currently in the apartment are Maud, Clemens, Daniel and Delal, who all study and do research in Konstanz. We like to do WG evenings from time to time and enjoy hanging out together in the kitchen.
In order to live in this apartment, student or apprentice status is a prerequisite. Since all of the flatmates are completing Masters/PhD programs, we are looking for someone who is ideally 26 years or older and has had some experience living in WGs (shared apartments).
Overall, we value keeping a clean-living space, so we have split up cleaning-tasks which rotate every week. Furthermore, due to the responsibilities of our roommates, we are also looking for someone prefers calmness during the weeknights.
