I'm subletting my cozy room in Jan-Hus-Haus (Rheingutstraße 34 – Seezeit student housing) from June 1st until the end of September. The room is 13 m², fully furnished (bed with mattress, table, chair, lamp, shelves, a wardrobe). The flat has a separate kitchen (not in the hallway!), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils you need – so no need to bring your own pots and pans!
The room is located in the beautiful Paradies district – super calm and green, yet very central! You can easily reach the city center on foot or by bike. The 9A bus stop to Uni Konstanz is just 5 minutes away, and HTWG is only a 10-minute walk.
and you'll be living with three friendly roommates
- Luis, Luca and Mara-Elena. Luca and Luis study at HTWG, and Mara-Elena is an Erasmus student for one semester at Uni Konstanz.
Rent is only 299€ per month, and that includes everything: water, electricity, internet, garbage.
