Ich vermiete mein Zimmer im AMH Konstanz für den Monat August unter.
Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, teilmöbliert (Schrank mit Regal, großer Schreibtisch, Bett) und hat ein eigenes Bad. Die Küche teilt ihr euch mit den anderen MitbewohnerInnen. Durch das nach Westen gerichtete große Fenster hat man schöne Abendsonne.
Hi! I'm subletting my room in the AMH for the month of August.
The Room is spacious, bright, and partially furnished (wardrobe with shelf, large desk and a bed). You'll have your own bathroom, the kitchen is shared with the other flatmates. The room is facing West, so you get the evening sun.
Die Lage ist genial, man ist direkt am Seerhein/Schänzle und in ca. 5 min in der Innenstadt von Konstanz.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 10 min Fußweg, dazu ist man nicht weit von der Fahrradstraße weg.
Great location, directly at the Seerhein/Schänzle where you can hang out and swim. 5 mins on foot from the city centre, 2 mins to the bus station to get you to university, and if you like biking, you're right by the bike street.
Grocery stores and bakeries within 10 mins of walking.
Es gibt die Möglichkeit über das Wohnheim einen Parkplatz zu buchen, sowie Kraftraum, Kayaks etc. zu nutzen, perfekt also für einen Konstanzer Sommer!
Wir sind eine WG die gerne Dinge zusammen unternimmt, aber man kann auch für sich bleiben, wenn man das wünscht.
You can book a parking lot for your car, there's a gym that you can join for really cheap and you can rent kayaks, i.e. everything you need for a summer in Konstanz!
We like to hang out in the kitchen and do things together, but if you prefer to keep your privacy that's fine with us too!
