The Wg is located in a half of a historic house of the Paradise district near the Zoll Tägerwielen. Thus it stands beyond the border road in the rather village part of paradise. This makes it quite quiet and idyllic. It is about 100 - 150 m airline. So who likes to jump into the Lake Constance - with or without SUP, this is at his expense. For shopping, the Edeka Baur is nearby (500 m) but with the bike there are no real distances in Konstanz.

This living community is part of a historic building in the city of Konstanz near the swiss border. It is on the other side of the big border street which means that it is more calm than in the rest of the city. To the Rhine river it is about 200 m direct distance. Whoever likes the Lake Constance and bathing, will have a lot of fun here. Grocery Store is about 500m from the location.

Lage
Die Wg befindet sich in einer Haushälfte eines historischen Hauses des Stadtteil Paradies nahe dem Zoll Tägerwielen. Somit steht es jenseits der Grenzstraße im eher dörflichen Teil des Paradieses. Dadurch ist es hier recht ruhig und idyllisch. Zum Schänzle sind es ca 100 - 150 m Luftlinie. Wer also gerne mal in den Bodensee springt - mit oder ohne SUP der kommt hier auf seine Kosten. Zum Einkaufen befindet sich der Edeka Baur in nächster Nähe (500 m) aber mit dem Rad sind es in Konstanz ja keine wirklichen Entfernungen.

WG life
It's a WG start-up. My pre-rents are moving out. 5 rooms open for rent. The rental contracts are all concluded directly with the owner. Thus, there are no annoying cost breaks.

I work in Switzerland and work in Winterthur as a upholstery with a focus on restoration. My job is very fulfilling. Of course, work is not everything. In my dance, I like to enjoy Lindy Hop or Salsa, enjoy the lake and the proximity of the Alps in a jealous form and/or am chatting with the nice neighbors from the other half of the house or drinking a few beers.
I believe that one can live together very harmoniously as a multifaceted and sublime WG, if one meets respectfully, not only lives next to one another, but also sometimes experiences something with one another and maintains a certain basic level of order. Life and live.


This is a WG Founding. 5 rooms are open for rent. The contracts will be made with the landlord himself. So there will be no trouble with the costs.

I am an upholsterer and working in Wintoerthur. I like my job very much. Of course work is not everything. Beside work i like Lindy Hop and Salsa dancing and everything that is vintage. i enjoy nature very much. Beside that it is so a good community with the neighbours with whom we enjoy dringking a few beer from time to time.

I believe that in a good living community you treat each other with respect and you participate at least a bit at each others live. But with good vibes and without the duty to do something together every weekend. I hope you all know what i mean.

WG-Leben
Es ist eine WG Neugründung. Meine Vormieter ziehen aus. Es sthehen 5 Räume zur Vermietung offen. Die Mietverträge werden alle direkt mit dem Eigentümer geschlossen. Somit gibt es keine nervigen Nebenkostenabrechungen .

Ich bin berufstätig und arbeite in der Schweiz in Winterthur als Polsterer mit Schwerpunkt Restauration. Mein Job erfüllt mich sehr. Selbstverständlich ist Arbeit aber natürlich nicht alles. In meiner tanze ich gerne Lindy Hop oder Salsa, genieße die See und Alpennähe in jedweglicher Form und/oder bin mit den netten Nachbarn aus der anderen Haushälfte am quatschen oder ein paar Bierchen trinken.
Ich bin der Ansicht, dass man als vielseitige auch unterschieliche WG sehr harmonisch zusammenleben kann wenn man sich respektvoll begegnet, nicht nur nebeneinander herlebt sondern auch ab und zu mal etwas miteinander erlebt sowie ein gewisses Grundmaß an Ordnung einhält. Leben und leben lassen eben.
