Since I'm moving around I'm looking for an intermediate renter for my WG room at Seezeit-Wohnheim Sonnenbühl-West-I. As this is a student residence, I can only rent to students with a certificate of enrollment.
Now to the WG, there are 2 other students living here, but it's more quiet over the summer. The WG has a common kitchen with dining table, a bathroom and an additional toilet. It is located on the first floor and is fully furnished. The location is very good as the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away where buses go to university and to the city. In addition, everything is important without problems to reach by bike.
The warm rental is 401 €, with Wi-Fi already included. There is also a bicycle room and a washing room with washing machine rails.

Da ich umziehe bin ich auf der Suche nach einem Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer im Seezeit-Wohnheim Sonnenbühl-West-I. Da es sich um ein Studentenwohnheim handelt kann ich leider nur an Studierende mit einer Immatrikulationsbescheinigung vermieten.
Nun zur WG, es wohnen gerade noch 2 andere Studentinnen hier, jedoch ist es über den Sommer eher ruhiger. Die WG hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Esstisch, ein Bad und eine zusätzliche Toilette. Sie liegt im ersten Stock und ist voll möbliert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da die Bushaltestelle weniger als 5 min weg ist wo Busse zur Uni und in die Stadt fahren. Außerdem ist alles Wichtige ohne Probleme mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 401 € wobei WLAN schon mit inbegriffen ist. Außerdem gibt es einen Fahrradraum und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschienen.
