A room is available from 1st march 2018 in a private 3er WG in Korntal-Münchingen. The S-Bahn Station is on 7 min walking distance. Edeka is 2 mins walk, Penny market is 10 mins. There is cafe, Deutsche Post, DHL, Apotheke right next to the apartment. If you want to commute to Stuttgart hbf with train is less than 15 minutes. 10 min to S-feuerbach and S-Welimdorf
The apartment has everything including a kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher & 2 bathroom. And all cleaning cost are shared with current inhabitants. A short brief about current tenants - everyones working, friendly and helpful and respect cleaning around the house.
The room rent is 550 euros including the electricity, heating & internet fee. The room is 25q meter with 2 windows, so air circulation in the room is pretty good. A deposit (Kaution) of 900 euros is also needed which is refundable.
