Das Zimmer hat 13qm mit eigenem Balkon und ist in einem Einfamilienhaus in Krailling. Gemeinschaftlich nutzt man eine Küche, jedoch gibt es auf jedem Stockwerk zusätzlich einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowellen, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt außerdem ein Esszimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und zwei Waschmaschinen im gemeinschaftlichen Waschraum, zur freien Nutzung.
The room has 13qm with a own balcony and is in a one family house. There is a shared kitchen but there is a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine on each floor. There is also a dining room, a living room and two washing machines in the communal laundry room, for free use.
Krailling ist eine Gemeinde im nordöstlichen Landkreis Starnberg, Oberbayern. Sie grenzt unmittelbar an den Landkreis München und gilt auch als Vorort der Stadt München.
Von der WG aus hat man ca 3 Gehminuten zu Geschäften des täglichen Lebens. Die S-Bahnstation Planegg ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Innerhalb von 35 Minuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof München.
Die Würm ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und daher auch eine tolle Bademöglichkeit im Sommer.

From the WG you have about 3 minutes walk to shops of daily living. The Planegg S-Bahn station is a 10-minute walk away. Within 35 minutes you are at Munich Central Station.
The Würm is in the immediate vicinity and therefore a great swimming in the summer.
