Das helle Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, wurde kürzlich erst renoviert und hat eine hohe Decke mit guter Beleuchtung.
Auf Wunsch kann es teil- oder ganz möbliert werden. Dies ist allerdings kein muss.
Die 5er WG im ersten Stock des Anbaus ist vollständig möbliert, mit sämtlichen Küchengeräten ausgestattet.
Es stehen eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zum Gebrauch ohne Aufpreis zur Verfügung.
Zu der Wohnung gehört ein helles, geräumiges Tageslichtbad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Doppelwaschbecken. Zudem eine offene Wohnküche mit Sitzecke und einer Couch.
Auch der großzügig geschnittene, angrenzende Gemeinschaftsraum kann mitbenutzt werden.

The room is approximately 20 m2 large and has just been renovated. It has a high ceiling with good lighting.
If wished for it can be partly or fully furnished.
The WG with 5 people in the first floor is fully furnished and accessorized with all kitchen gear. A bright large bathroom with a bath tub, shower and double sink as well as a kitchen, sitting area and a couch with TV are provided as a common living area.
The large common room next to the WG can also be used.
A washing machine and a dryer are useable without extra costs.
Das Anwesen befindet sich etwas außerhalb von Kranenburg, direkt am Naturschutzgebiet. In unmittelbarer Nähe (ca. 7 min zu Fuß) befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle in Richtung Nijmegen/ Kranenburg und Kleve.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Bus innerhalb von 5 min oder innerhalb 10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar (u. a. Aldi, Penny, dm, Rewe, Deichmann, ... )
Die Universität Radboud (Nijmegen) und die Hochschule Rhein-Waal in Kleve sind beide gut zu erreichen.

The building is just outside of Kranenburg next to the nature reservoir. A bus stop is within 7 walking minutes with connections to Nijmegen and Kleve.
Shops are reacheable within 5 min per bus or 10 min per bike in Kranenburg (e.g. Aldi, Penny, dm, Rewe, Deichmann,....)
The University Radboud (Nijmegen) and the University Hochschule Rhein-Wall in Kleve are both in good reach.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Anbau eines modernisierten Landguts, welches von Familie Veenmann bewohnt wird. Durch die räumliche Nähe zur Familie und den beiden anderen WGs im Anbau entsteht eine lockere und angenehme Atmosphäre.
Insgesamt 11 Studenten der beiden Hochschulen finden in 3 Stockwerken / WGs im Anbau Platz. Der gesamte Außenbereich kann von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden.
Das Anwesen besticht mit weitläufigen Rasenflächen und einer weitläufigen Terrasse.
Autos und Fahrräder können auf dem Grundstück ab-, bzw. untergestellt werden.
Auch ein Stellplatz für Pferde und ein kleiner Reitplatz sind vorhanden.
Das gesamte Anwesen wird neben den Vermietern von einem umfassend talentierten Hausmeister betreut, der StudentInnen nie einen Gefallen abschlägt.
Zusätzlich zu den äußerlichen Vorzügen ist außerdem ein großer Gemeinschftsraum vorhanden, in dem sich eine Bar, ein Beamer, ein Billardtisch, und eine gemütliche Sitzecke viel Platz für gemeinschaftliche Aktivitäten befinden.
Im Mietpreis mitinbegriffen sind Wifi (WLAN), TV, Waschmaschinen - und Trocknernutzung und sämtliche weitere Nebenkosten wie Strom, Wasser, Gas, Müll,... etc.

The flat is in the extension of the modernized estate owned and inhabited by Family Veenmann.
Due to the close living space to the other 2 WGs and the Family we enjoy a relaxed and nice atmosphere.
In total 11 students from the tho universities Hochschule Rhein-Waal (Kleve) and Radbound (Nijmegen) live in 3 WGs (floors) in the extention of the estate.
The garden area and terrace can also be used by the students as well as the large common room. The common room is equipped with a bar, a beamer, a Pool Table, a cozy seating area and lots of space.
A parking space for cars and bikes is included.
Also there is space for your own horse, if you have one and a riding space is also given.
Next to the landlords, a crafty caretaker looks after everything and won't deny help to the students.
The rent includes Wifi, TV, Washing machine and Dryer usage as well as all extra costs as gas, electricity, water, garbage, etc....
Aus persönlichen Gründen ziehe ich wieder in meine Heimat zurück muss leider die WG verlassen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann und die Mitbewohner sind sehr nett.
