Mein Name ist Clint und ich biete ein Zuhause in Künzelsau an.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1. OG eines Neubaus und es handelt sich um den Erstbezug einer 90qm großen 3-Zimmer Wohnung. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne, ein Gäste-WC und 2 große Balkone.
Es handelt sich um ein helles Zimmer mit Zugang zum Balkon in Richtung Süden (s. Grundriss Zimmer rechts unten).
Alle lebensnotwendigen Utensilien (Kaffemaschiene etc.) sind vorhanden und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind möbliert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Künzelsau selbst, direkt am Kocher zwischen Schwimmbad und Fitnessstudio in einer relativ ruhigen Gegend. Dennoch ist die City innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, wie eigentlich alles in Künzelsau.
Bei Interesse einfach eine Email schreiben und eure Handynummer mit angeben, dann rufe ich euch zurück. Ansonsten bin ich Abends auch telefonisch erreichbar.
