Da ich mein Studium dieses Semester beende, wird mein Zimmer zum 1.2.2019 frei. EInzug ab 1.3. wäre auch möglich.
Die Wohnung besitzt neben 2 weiteren Zimmern eine renovierte Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad und ein Gäste-WC. Wir haben eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine im Keller, die mitgenutzt werden kann.
Unser Internet ist sehr gut, ich habe nie Probleme, auch nicht abends wenn wir alle im Wlan sind und evtl auf Netflix und co unterwegs sind.
Es fallen keine zusätzlichen Kosten an.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. In die Hochschule fährt man 7 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß braucht man ca. 20 Minuten. Zum Kaufland benötigt man ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten. Auch ins Stadtzentrum sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Von der Wohnung hat man einen schönen Blick auf Künzelsau.
Unser WG Leben ist sehr abwechslungsreich. Ab und an sitzen wir in der Küche zusammen und rauchen Shisha. Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben will, ist das aber auch kein Problem.
