Hallo neue Mitbewohnerin :)
Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß, hat zwei große Fenster und ist mit einem Bett, einem Schrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und einem Regal ausgestattet. Insgesamt gibt es noch zwei weitere Zimmer, die ebenfalls frei werden, ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad und eine extra Toilette. Es wird also die komplette 3er-WG frei.
Über uns ist noch eine 3-WG, mit der wir uns den Keller, den Fahrradkeller und die Wäscheleinen teilen. Die in der oberen WG haben ihren eigenen Balkon, so dass wir die Terrasse meistens ganz für uns haben :)
Das Zimmer liegt sehr schön am Südhang und somit ist die Wohnung sehr hell, bleibt aber trotz der schönen Sonnenstrahlen im Sommer schön kühl.
In 7 Minuten ist man in der Stadtmitte, wo man alles bekommt, was man so zum Leben braucht =)
Kneipen und Bars sind ebenfalls in der Stadtmitte und somit auch zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
