Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und ist bereits teilmöbliert mit einem Bett und einem Schreibtisch. Die Fenster haben Rolläden somit kann man das Zimmer komplett abdunkeln. Trotz Dachgeschosswohnung ist es im Sommer von der Temperatur angenehm. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, eine gemütliche Küche mit (vier Kochplatten, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrier). Das letzte Bild dient zur Vorstellungskraft (nur das Bett, Matratze und der Schreibtisch bleiben im WG-Zimmer).
Die WG liegt zentral in Künzelsau. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 3-5 Gehminuten. Apotheke, Tedi, Bäcker, Müller, Bars, oder Essenmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Kaufland ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Hochschule ist zu Fuß in ca.15 Minuten erreichbar.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner studieren beide Betriebswirtschaftslehre Freizeit-, Kultur- und Sportmanagement im 3. und 4. Semester was ein Vorteil ist wenn du neu bist, weil beide einen Durchblick rund um Künzelsau und das studieren haben.
Gemeinschaftlicher Abstellraum im Keller für das Wäsche waschen (Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden) und Fahrrad.
