Diese Wohnung ist somit optimal für Studierende und Berutspendler gelegen.

Der soziale Aspekt wird in unserer WG großgeschrieben. Ein aktives Zusammenleben ist ausdrücklich erwünscht! Hierzu gehören gemeinsame Kochabende ebenso wie gemütliche Film-, Spieleabende oder auch mal eine Party. Bei uns sind die Türen zu den Zimmern meistens offen, ein spontaner Besuch ist immer gern gesehen, aber natürlich wird auch die Privatsphäre einer/sjedigen respektiert!

In der WG wohnen Miriam und Vincent.
Ich, Miriam, bin 27 Jahre alt und Studentin an der FH. ich arbeite außerdem in einer Bar in Kufstein und als Tanzlehrerin und bin daher oft abends unterwegs und eher tagsüber zuhause oder in der Uni. Ich koche gern, mache Musik, mag Brettspiele und tanze morgens gern durch die Wohnung - solange sich dadurch keiner gestört fühlt ;)
Ich bin sehr offenherzig, habe oft Freunde zu Besuch und freue mich auf ein sehr aktives WG-Leben und neue nette Mitbewohnis.
Vincent ist 25, arbeitet tagsüber bei Novartis und verbringt das Wochenende oft in der Heimat. Er ist ein offener, lustiger Mensch und bäckt gern sein eignes Brot! Er freut sich auf eine nette und fröhliche Person, die unsere gut gelaunte WG wieder komplett macht.


The social aspect is very important in our shared flat. Active living together is expressly encouraged! This includes cooking evenings together as well as cozy movie and games evenings or the occasional party. The doors to our rooms are usually open and spontaneous visits are always welcome, but of course we also respect everyone's privacy!

Miriam and Vincent are currently living in the flat.
I, Miriam, am 27 years old and a student at the FH. I also work in a bar in Kufstein and as a dance teacher, so I'm often out and about in the evenings and tend to be at home or at university during the day. I like cooking, making music, board games and dancing around the apartment in the morning - as long as nobody feels disturbed ;)
I am very open-hearted, often have friends over and am looking forward to a very active shared flat life and new nice flatmates.
Vincent is 25, works at Novartis and often spends the weekend in his home town. He is an open, funny person and likes to bake his own bread! He is looking forward to a nice and cheerful person to complete our good-humored flat share.

Die monatliche Mietgebühr beträgt 400 Euro, ergänzt durch ca 40 Euro für die Strom- und Internetnutzung und 25 Euro für die Heizkosten. Gewünscht wäre es, die Möbel im Schlafzimmer sowie die Waschmaschine gegen eine Ablöse von 500 Euro zu übernehmen. Der Mietvertrag ist auf eine Laufzeit von 3 Jahren angelegt, wobei jederzeit eine Kündigung mit Einhaltung der dreimonatigen Kündigungsfrist möglich ist .


The monthly rental fee is 400 euros, plus 40 euros for internet and electricity use and 25 euros for heating costs. It would be desirable to take over the furniture in the bedroom and the washing machine for a transfer fee of 500 euros. The rental agreement is for a term of 3 years and can be terminated at any time subject to three months' notice.
