Das Zimmer erstreckt sich über ca. 10 m2 und befindet sich im oberen Bereich der Maisonette-Wohnung, wo auch das Badezimmer (mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne) sowie die anderen WG-Zimmer zu finden sind. Im unteren Teil der Wohnung befindet sich das Wohnzimmer mit Zugang zur Terrasse, die Küche und ein Gäste-WC. Von der Terrasse aus genießt man einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Inn und die Stadt (siehe Fotos).
The room extends over approx. 10 m2 and is located in the upper part of the maisonette, where the bathroom (with WC, shower and bathtub) and the other shared rooms are also located. The living room with access to the terrace, the kitchen and a guest WC are located in the lower part of the apartment. From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Inn and the city (see photos).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage direkt am unteren Stadtplatz. Sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Fachhochschule sowie sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Fachhochschule erreicht man in etwa 7 Minuten.
The top-floor apartment is centrally located directly on the lower town square. Both the train station and the university of applied sciences as well as all shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance. The train station is about 5 minutes away on foot, the university of applied sciences is about 7 minutes away.
Zurzeit wohnen in der WG eine Deutsche und zwei Österreicher. Das WG Leben ist harmonisch und nett gewesen. Wir sind alle sehr entspannt und offen. Wir kochen zudem sehr gerne und sitzen des öfteren zusammen und haben Spaß miteinander. Gute Laune ist stets geboten!
There is currently one German and two Austrians living in the shared flat. Life in the shared flat has been harmonious and nice. We are all very relaxed and open. We also enjoy cooking and often sit together and have fun. A good mood is always guaranteed!
Das Zimmer kann je nach Bedarf für 6 Monate oder 12 Monate gemietet werden und Mietkosten betragen insgesamt 510 € monatlich inkl. Betriebskosten, Strom und Internet. Die Möbel vom Zimmer können für 120 € übernommen werden.
