Room
Geboten wird ein unmöbiliertes Zimmer im schönen Lachen am Zürichsee. Wir teilen uns ein (sehr kleines) Bad und Küche, im Keller steht Waschmaschine und Tumbler zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, kein Balkon, aber Gartennutzung. Zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuss 2 Minuten, also optimale Anbindung nach Pfäffikon, Zürich Hauptbahnhof / Flughafen gewährleistet.
Unser WG Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und die Wohnung/Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Bisher war das allerdings kein Problem, denn wir nehmen alle Rücksicht aufeinander. Wir suchen also eine ruhige aufgestellte Person, die gut zu uns (Mitdreissiger-Mittvierziger) passt.
