Da ich aus der Wohnung ausziehen muss gebe ich mein Zimmer frei . Der Vorteil daran liegt dass die Wohnung aus 4 Zimmern besteht allerdings nur 2 davon bewohnt sind. Es ist ein Altbau, weshalb auch die Wohnung sehr groß und geräumig ist. Des Weiteren ist man innerhalb von 12 Minuten in Mannheim Hauptbahnhof, da der Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür ist. Mein Zimmer hat ca 25 qm. So wie es aussieht wird es bei eine zweier wg bleiben. Eventuell wird es auch so sein, dass das der WG Mitbewohner ebenfalls auszieht , sodass die ganze Wohnung leersteht.

Die Lage ist erstklassig, da der Bahnhof direkt vor der Tür ist. Wie gesagt ist man innerhalb von 12 Minuten in Mannheim am Hauptbahnhof.
In der jetzigen Wg wohnte nur ein Mitbewohner, der sehr nett und offenherzig war. In der Wohnung untendrunter wohnen zwei weitere Bewohner, die ebenfalls sehr nett sind. Ich wurde damals sehr gut von Ihnen aufgenommen.
