The room is south facing and correspondingly bright. For heated summer days, the integrated Rollo is ideally located, which keeps the room completely darkened and cool. With 15 square meters there is enough space to set up.
The apartment is located in the 3.OG directly on the LGS grounds and has a large cozy living room next to 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and 4 other rooms. The WG is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and 3 refrigerators.
Das Zimmer ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und entsprechend hell. Für hitzige Sommertage bietet sich idealerweise der integrierte Rollo an, der das Zimmer komplett verdunkelt und kühl hält. Mit 15 Quadratmetern wird genügend Platz zum Einrichten geboten.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.OG direkt am LGS Gelände und hat neben 2 Bädern, einer Küche und 4 weiteren Zimmern noch ein großes gemütliches Wohnzimmer zu bieten. Die WG ist gut ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster und 3 Kühlschränken.
The WG is located in the heart of the southern city, right on the LGS terrain. Thus, you have virtually your own park right in front of the front door, including sports facilities. The nearest bus line is right around the corner and by bike you can reach various shopping shops and downtown within a few minutes.
Die WG liegt im Herzen der Südstadt, direkt am LGS Gelände. Somit hat man quasi einen eigenen Park direkt vor der Haustür, inklusive Sportanlagen. Die nächste Busverbindung ist direkt um die Ecke und mit dem Fahrrad kommt man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu diversen Einkaufsläden und in die Innenstadt.
Our Wohlfühl-WG currently consists of Michelle, Xenia, Simon, Tim and me (Patrick).
Xenia, Michelle and Simon are studying at the Master while Tim and I are working. Our WG is characterized by a harmonious, fun and family coexistence - we are definitely not a purpose WG. If you want to get in touch, just chill with others in the living room or clash in the kitchen or motivate to the common day on the LGS grounds and who needs rest can just retreat into his room - all totally unavoidable. Whoever has a bad day usually finds an open ear in the WG to talk the frustration of the soul. Otherwise, the same standards as most likely apply to almost all other inserates: we cook and eat together, make games or movie evenings and are always open to good ideas :) ah and we also have a cleaning plan.
Tim, Xenia and I are moving out to 1.7 and 1.8. For the future WG constellation, we would like to have new roommates with the same attitude to the WG life:)
Tours are possible from the second week of May.
Unsere Wohlfühl-WG besteht momentan aus Michelle, Xenia, Simon, Tim und mir (Patrick).
Xenia, Michelle und Simon studieren im Master während Tim und ich berufstätig sind. Unsere WG zeichnet sich durch ein harmonisches, lustiges und familiäres Zusammenleben aus - wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wer Lust auf Kontakt hat, chillt einfach mit anderen im Wohnzimmer oder quatscht in der Küche bzw. motiviert zum gemeinsamen Tag auf dem LGS Gelände und wer Ruhe braucht kann sich einfach in sein Zimmer zurückziehen - alles total ungezwungen. Wer Mal einen schlechten Tag hat, findet in der Regel auch immer ein offenes Ohr in der WG, um sich den Frust von der Seele zu quatschen. Ansonsten gelten die gleichen Standards wie wahrscheinlich bei fast allen anderen Inseraten auch: wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam, machen Spiele- oder Filmabende und sind auch sonst immer offen für gute Ideen :) ah und einen Putzplan haben wir auch.
Es ziehen Tim, Xenia und ich zum 1.7. bzw. 1.8. aus. Für die zukünftige WG Konstellation wünschen wir uns neue Mitbewohner*innen mit gleicher Einstellung zum WG Leben :)
Besichtigungen sind urlaubsbedingt ab der zweiten Maiwoche möglich.
The WG also includes a very large basement room for parking bicycles, for example, and as a warehouse for Christmas jewelry and other stuff. There is also access to a common balcony in the staircase, which can be used by all residents of the house.
Zur WG gehört noch ein sehr großer Kellerraum zum Abstellen von beispielsweise Fahrrädern und als Lager für Weihnachtsschmuck und sonstigen Kram. Außerdem gibt es im Treppenhaus Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Balkon, der von allen Bewohnern des Hauses benutzt werden kann.
