Das Zimmer ist ca 20 m^2 groß und wird zum 1.8.2015 frei, da ich gerne zum 1.8. studienbedingt ausziehen möchte.
Wir wohnen in einer zweier Wg im 5 Stock, man gewöhnt sich jedoch an die Treppen.
Die Wg ist mit einer Küche, einem Bad und einem Wohnzimmer ausgestattet, das jederzeit mitbenutzt werden kann. So bleiben keine Wünsche offen :)
Zudm hat man einen atemberaubenden Blick direkt auf den Pfälzer Wald, so dass romantischen Abenden nichts entgegensteht ;) (insofern man das möchte)
Die Wohnung liegt relativ Stadtnah, direkt beim Aldi, Real und Lidl. Super, um sich schnell noch was aus dem Supermarkt zu holen (z.B. Bier oder Eis). Zur Uni sinds mit dem Rad 10 Minuten, zum Bahnhof weniger als 5.
Findet statt, wenn man möchte und beide im Hause sind.
