1 Zimmer mit 18 m² in 2er WG. Wohnung hat 67 m², Küche und Bad sind voll eingerichtet, Zimmer auf Wunsch auch teilmöbliert. Heizung und Warmwasser laufen über Pelletsheizung. Balkon und Hof vorhanden, WG liegt in einem Haus mit 6 Wohnungen, 3 weitere WGs vorhanden (Jungs und Mädels). Große Küche mit Esstisch, größerer Flur in den auch eine Couch gestellt werden kann.
Haus liegt direkt in der Stadt, 10 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof, Marktplatz, Fußgängerzone, Lidl direkt um die Ecke. Zum Waldrand braucht man ebenfalls zu Fuß nur 10 min.
Zug fährt alle halbe Stunde nach Landau braucht 18 min, alle halbe Stunde nach Ludwigshafen 24 min.
Mitbewohnerin ist 21, Erzieherin, hat gerne Gemeinschaft und würde sich über eine neue Bewohnerin sehr freuen. Gerne kann gemeinsam gekocht werden, untereinander im Haus hat man auch öfters miteinander etwas zu tun.
Haustiere sind nach vorheriger Absprache kein Problem. Alle WGs im Haus haben gerne Gemeinschaft, wir machen auch 1x/Woche ein Hausessen, bei dem jeder im Haus der Lust hat auch gerne dabei sein kann.
