3er WG in Südstadt mit Garten

Die WG liegt direkt am Landesgartenschaugelände, das sich super zum joggen, spazieren gehen und Freunde treffen eignet. Zur Innenstadt sind es 10 min zu Fuß und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad. Am Bahnhof bist du auch ganz schnell innerhalb von 15 min zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hier der Netto, Rewe und dm, welche alle schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.
Gute Restaurants und Bars sind auch ganz in der Nähe.

The flat share is located directly on the Landesgartenschau grounds, which are great for jogging, walking and meeting friends. The city centre is a 10-minute walk and 5 minutes by bike. The railway station is also just a 15-minute walk away. Shopping facilities include Netto, Rewe and dm, which are all within easy walking distance.
There are also good restaurants and bars nearby.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen werden Liza (23) und Fanny (24) sein. Fanny studiert Psychologie im Bachelor und Liza Ökotoxikologie im Master. Fanny ist eine sehr aufgeschlossene Person und verbringt gerne Zeit in Gesellschaft. Sie ist für jegliche sportliche Aktivitäten zu haben, tanzt super gerne und ist kulturell sehr interessiert. Liza ist auch super gesellig, liebt es Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen und singt und tanzt gerne. Da Liza eine internationale Studentin ist, sprechen wir, wenn wir zu dritt sind Englisch.
Wir verbringen super gerne zusammen Zeit in der WG, sei es beim gemeinsamen Kochen, Spiele spielen, Kaffee trinken oder essen. Oft verquatschen wir uns auf einen Kaffee, meistens auch in unserem schönen Garten oder gehen mal gemeinsam spazieren oder essen. Natürlich kann sich jede auch immer in seinem Zimmer zurückziehen.
Unser kleinster Mitbewohner ist Kalle, unser Kater, der sich über regelmäßige Streicheleinheiten (und viel Essen) freut. Wenn man ihn nicht im Zimmer haben möchte, ist das aber kein Problem!
Wir suchen jemanden der Lust auf ein harmonisches WG Leben hat und seinen Lebensmittelpunkt in Landau haben wird. Ein Grundmaß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist selbstverständlich, was bis jetzt mit unserem Putzplan auch immer geklappt hat.

Your future flatmates will be Liza (23) and Fanny (24). Fanny is studying for a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Liza is studying for a Master's degree in Ecotoxicology. Fanny is a very open-minded person and enjoys socialising. She is keen on all kinds of sporting activities, loves dancing and is very interested in culture. Liza is also super sociable, loves to play board games, enjoys singing and dancing. As Liza is an international student, the three of us will speak English.
We really enjoy spending time together in the shared flat, whether it's cooking together, playing games, drinking coffee or eating. We often chat over a coffee, usually in our beautiful garden or go for a walk or a meal together. Of course, everyone can always retreat to their own room.
Our smallest flatmate is Kalle, our cat, who enjoys regular cuddles (and lots of food). But if you don't want him in your room, that's no problem!
We are looking for someone who wants to live a harmonious life in a shared flat and will be based in Landau. A basic level of cleanliness and tidiness is a matter of course, which has always worked so far with our cleaning schedule.

Da wir erst einen neuen großen Kühlschrank angeschafft haben und noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten, um die WG weiter zu verschönern, würde ich einen Abschlag von 100€ nehmen.
