Wir sind 2 Mädels & 3 Jungs, die eine(n) nette(n) Mitbewohner(in) -Student(in) im Erst- oder Zweitsemester!!!- suchen. Das Zimmer, welches wir anbieten, ist durch 2 große Fenster sehr hell, wurde frisch renoviert, ist mit einer Pantryküche mit 2-Plattenkochfeld, mit einer Bettcouch und weiteren Möbeln ausgestattet. Du musst lediglich noch deine Bettfedern,deine Wäsche und dein Geschirr mitbringen. Ein großzügiges Bad mit Wanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Trockner teilen wir uns ebenso wie einen großen, begrünten Balkon, welcher über dem Innenhof liegt.
- Nur über die Strasse zum Technikum Dr. Künkele
- Alle Außenstellen der Uni, sowie der Campus an sich sind innerhalb von nur 10 min. zu erreichen.
- 1 Min. in die FuZo/ Altstadt
- in direkter Nähe: Post, REWE, Sparkasse, "Lemon", "Green".
Die Mietkaution beträgt 2 Monatskaltmieten.
