Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 kleinen Zimmern von je 15 qm, einem großen Wohnbereich (35 qm) mit Einbauküche, Holzofen, Küchenzeile aus Holz und Zugang zu großem Balkon (15qm) , neues Bad mit Wanne.
Die Küche hat Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es handelt sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung im 3. Stock. Erreichbar ist die Wohnung über eine historische Wendeltreppe. Das Dach wurde 2010 neu gedeckt und sehr gut gedämmt. Über eine Treppe gelangt man ins Dach mit einem Vorratsraum und einem kleinen Gästezimmer.
Die Wohnung ist zur Zeit möbliert, kann aber ausgeräumt werden. Die Küche muss aber stehen bleiben.
