da ich im nächsten semester den studiengang wechseln werde, wird mein zimmer frei! es ist hell, wurde frisch gestrichen und besitzt einen wunderschönen roten steinfußboden!
die wohnung liegt absolut zentral am hbf, also gut geeignet für pendler. in der nähe ist ein real, aldi, lidl, tankstelle, bauhaus, mediamarkt, mc donalds und das laola. die uni ist in 20 minuten zu fuß und 10 min mit dem rad schnell zu erreichen! wir haben eine internetflatrate + telefonflatrate. die miete kostet mich insgesammt 195 euro, das sollte sich erstmal nicht ändern!
die mitbewohner sind einfach toll, würde gar nicht ausziehen, wenn ich nicht müsste!
