Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat vier Zimmer sowie eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Bad, ein kleines WC und eine kleine Abstellkammer. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Kellerraum. Außerdem kann ein Autostellplatz dazugemietet werden. Das freie Zimmer ist hell und durch die hohe Decke auch sehr geräumig.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Park am Schwanenweiher, nur fünf Fußminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man etwa zehn Minuten bis zur Uni. Verschiedene Supermärkte sind gut und schnell zu erreichen, außerdem ist eine gute Pizzeria nur 100m nebenan :)
Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG. Oft kochen oder spielen wir abends noch etwas zusammen oder sitzen einfach in der Küche beisammen. Dennoch kann sich selbstverständlich jeder jederzeit zurückziehen.
