Da ich mein Studium diesen Sommer abschließen werde, muss ich leider Landau und auch mein schönes WG-Zimmer aufgeben.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 25 m² groß und die zwei großen Fenster sind in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet und lassen sehr viel Licht rein. Dadurch ist es immer schön hell und meine Pflanzen haben sich bis jetzt sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben zwei exakt gleich ausgestattete Bäder, das heißt du musst dir nur mit einer weiteren Person eines teilen – sehr entspannt! Waschmaschine und Trockner sind vorhanden. Unsere Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet (Einen Stabmixer haben wir immer noch nicht). Wir haben zwei Kühlschränke und für Lebensmittel und sonstiges Notwendiges genug Stauraum in der Küche, als auch durch einen Einbauschrank im Flur.
Da wir im Erdgeschoss sind, haben wir direkten Zugang zum Hof, den wir vor jetzt im Sommer gerne nutzen, um zu grillen, Filme zu schauen, im Pool zu dümpeln und so weiter :)
Außerdem gibt es einen extra Fahrradraum, in dem dein Drahtesel Schutz vor Regen und Diebstahl findet.

Since I will finish my studies this summer, I unfortunately have to leave Landau and my beautiful shared apartment.
The room is about 25 m² in size and the both windows are on the south side of our flat, so the room is very light, which always helped my plants to stay alive.
We have the luxury of owning two identical bathrooms, so there are no stressful times in the mornings (or any time of the day!). We also have a washing machine and a dryer. Also our kitchen is well equipped. We have two fridges and enough space for groceries in the kitchen as well as in our hallway, so I think you will not have to face any problems concerning storage :)
In summer we have the wonderful opportunity to use the yard as our outdoor living room for sitting together, having a barbecue or watching movies.
If you are using a bike and want to save it from the rain outside, there is also an extra room for that.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am südlichen Ende der Innenstadt und ist somit sehr zentral und günstig gelegen zu fast allem, was man so braucht und sich wünscht. Wenn du gerne ins Grüne willst, dann sind der Goethe-/Schillerpark am nächsten, aber auch zum Landesgartenschaugelände (mit angrenzendem Naturschutzgebiet) oder in die Weinberge ist es kein weiter Weg.
Zur Uni brauchst du bei gemütlichem Laufen circa 10 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad circa 5 Minuten.
Zum Westbahnhof brauchst du zu Fuß circa 4 Minuten und zum Hauptbahnhof circa 15 Minuten.
Falls du ein Auto besitzt, kannst du dir einen Parkausweis holen (Platz nicht garantiert) oder suchst in anderen Ecken und läufst ein paar Meter.

Our flat is situated in the south of Landaus innercity, so almost everything you need is very near to home! If you enjoy going to the parks or taking walks in the vineyards you also only need less than 20 minutes to be out of the city.
If you need to go to the main campus of university you'll need about 10 to 15 minutes (relaxed speed). With a bike it takes around 5 minutes. To Landau West train station you need about 4 minutes and to the main station around 15.
If you own a car you can get a parking permit or look out for spaces in the near surroundings.
Die WG besteht aus Natalie, Rainer und Frank. Natalie studiert Mensch und Umwelt, Rainer arbeitet in Pirmasens und Frank startet bald eine Ausbildung. Da wir alle einen sehr unterschiedlichen Tagesablauf haben, ist das Zusammenleben sehr entspannt und eher spontan. Manchmal verbringen wir viel Zeit miteinander und manchmal weniger, dennoch würde ich uns nicht als reine Zweck-WG beschreiben. Bei uns hat jeder die Möglichkeit, sich auf sein Zimmer zurück zu ziehen und seine Privatsphäre zu genießen. Wenn du Lust auf Gesellschaft hast, findest du aber auch immer jemanden :-)

You will be living with Natalie, Rainer and Frank. Natalie studies Mensch und Umwelt, Rainer works in Pirmasens in the field of microbiology and Frank is about to start his apprenticeship. Since we all have different daily schedules we are an easy-going, relaxed group and activities together take place on a more spontaneous base. If you prefer you can always back out and relax in your own room, but if you're looking for some company there is always someone there! :)
