Das Einzugsdatum der ersten beiden Zimmer ist verhandelbar :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im dritten Stock. Dazu gehört ein Kellerabteil sowie ein kleines Stück Garten. Ein Fahrradraum steht den Bewohnern ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
Falls du ein Auto hast findest du direkt vor dem Haus oder in der angrenzenden Straße eigentlich immer einen Parkplatz.
uDie Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, weshalb es dort wenig Verkehr gibt und es zielich ruhig ist. Die Außenstelle August-Croissant-Straße liegt direkt nebenan. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Innenstadt und das Univeritätsgelände sind sehr schnell fußläufig oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Da wir alle ausziehen könntet ihr eine ganz neue WG gründen :)
