Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 16m² groß.
Es hat ein großes Fenster , ist sehr hell, großzügig geschnitten und teilweise möbliert. Jedes Zimmer hat zusätzlich eine Heizung.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine schöne , große Küche, einen Balkon,ein frisch renoviertes Bad und einen Keller im UG in dem man sein Fahrrad unterstellen kann.:)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und es gibt gute Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus !:)
Man erreicht die Außenstelle "August-Croissant-Straße 5" zu Fuß in 3 min.
Die Universität ist zu Fuß 15 min und mit dem Fahrrad 10 min entfernt.
Der Rewe und die Altstadt sind auch jeweils in 15 min erreicht , sodass es einem an nichts fehlt.:)
Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere im 4. Semester Grundschullehramt. Aufgrund der aktuellen Corona-Lage löst sich meine WG auf. Deshalb suche ich auf diesem Weg 3 neue, nette Mitbewohner*innen.:)
Es würde mich freuen, wenn sich jemand meldet , der Lust auf nette Mitbewohner hat, der auch mal abends in der Küche zusammen sitzen kochen und quatschen oder mal zusammen weggehen möchte.
Natürlich ist es auch vollkommen in Ordnung sich mal zurückzuziehen.^^
