Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung zeichnet sich durch die hohen Decken und den gemütlichen Flair aus.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Hochbett, sowie einem Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl ausgestattet. Die Möbel werden dir kostenlos überlassen, falls du etwas nicht möchtest finden wir da aber auch eine Lösung :)
Dieses Zimmer ist das einzige, das nicht an der Straße liegt sondern den Blick nach hinten in den schönen Hinterhof hat, in dem wir im Sommer auch mal gerne verweilen oder frühstücken.
In den genannten Kosten sind alle Kosten für Internet, GEZ etc. enthalten, dein Einzug wäre auch schon Mitte/Ende Januar möglich.
Our beautiful old apartment is characterized by the high ceilings and the cozy flair.
The room is furnished with a loft bed as well as a wardrobe, desk and chair. The furniture is left to you free of charge, but if you do not want something we will also find a solution :)
This room is the only one that is not facing the street but has a view to the rear of the beautiful backyard, where we like to hang out or have breakfast in summer from time to time.
All costs for internet, GEZ etc. are included in the costs mentioned. You could also already move in mid/end of january, we can discuss it further in person :)
Unsere schöne Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken liegt in perfekter Lage in der Nähe vom Schwanenweiher und dem Ostringcenter, innerhalb weniger (max. 5) Gehminuten erreichst du den Bahnhof sowie verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Innenstadt. Die Uni erreichst du ebenfalls bequem in 12 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 7 Minuten mit dem Rad :)
Our beautiful flat share is close to the main train station (max. 5 minutes walking distance) as well as to supermarkets and the town center. You can walk to the campus in 10 minutes. However, by bike you don't have to travel longer than 10 minutes to any university branch.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Philipp (26) und Janika (25), beide sind Psychologiestudenten. Wir kochen oder quatschen gerne zusammen in der geräumigen Küche oder verbringen Zeit in unserem eigenen kleinem eigenen Gym im Wohnzimmer, in welchem du auch gerne mittrainieren kannst!
Your future roommates are Philipp (26) and Janika (25) completing their Master of Psychology. We like to cook and have a chat in the kitchen, also we like to spend time in our own little gym in the living room. Your invited to join and train with us!
Neben der Wohnung und dem Hof können wir den Schuppen und den Keller nutzen. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du vorbeikommst und uns kennenlernen möchtest!
There is room to park your bike in the garage. A landlord family lives in the house on the 2nd floor. The flat share is on the ground floor. We´d love to get to know you and give you a room tour!
