Hey, wir sind eine dreier Wg jedoch ziehen 2 Leute zeitnah aus, eventuell zieht auch ein dritter bald aus. Momentan wohnen hier Jonathan, 20 macht eine Ausbildung zum Forstwirt er zieht zum 1.7 aus, Ole, 19 er studiert Grundschullehramt und zieht zum 1.4 aus, Daniel, er bleibt erstmal in der Wg wohnen.
Die WG liegt in einem sehr schönen Viertel von Landau. Wir haben ein Bad und eine relativ große Küche, die jeweils gemeinschaftlich genutzt werde. In der Küche ist alles notwendig vorhanden sowie ein Tisch für 6 Personen.
Im Keller gibt es eine Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine und einen Abstellraum für Fahrräder etc., die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der Innenstadt, die Uni ist in 7 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Das Logo ist quasi um die Ecke.
Wir verfügen über HighSpeed Internet (50-100 mbit/s).
Momentan ist es so das man sich öfters in der Küche trifft zum Vorglühen oder ähnlichem, ab er wir auch unsere Ruhe genießen.
Meldet euch gerne wenn ihr Interesse habt, eventuell sind auch Möbel preiswert abzugeben.
