Das Zimmer liegt auf der Nordseite der Wohnung und bekommt deshalb auch nur Abendsonne ab, wodurch es im Sommer nicht so heiß wird.
Außerdem hat es ein großes Fenster und ist schön hell. Man kann den Sonnenuntergang und die Berge sehen :-)
Auf den Bildern sieht es vielleicht etwas klein aus, aber es ist wirklich sehr gut zu möblieren.
Das Zimmer ist aber nun komplett leer geräumt und du könntest dich individuell einrichten.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich optimal, die umliegenden Supermärkte wie Aldi und Lidl sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Außerdem ist der dm direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie ein Obst - und Gemüseladen und ein Bäcker :-)
Die Uni ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar & auch die Anbindung an die ÖVPNs ist perfekt, da der Bahnhof direkt um die Ecke ist.
Die WG besteht aus mir, Nina, 25 Jahre alt. Ich studiere Grundschullehramt und bin gerade in den Master gekommen.
Ich bin eine offene Person und bin daran interessiert, dich auch kennenzulernen und eine gute Zeit zu verbringen :-) Deshalb möchte ich keine Zweck-WG.
