Hallo ihr Lieben, da ich zum 01.02. umziehen werde, suche ich zum 15.02. einen Nachmieter für mein WG Zimmer. Das WG Zimmer zeichnet sich besonders durch die großen Fenster aus, welche das Zimmer schön hell und größer wirken lässt. (Jaja die Bilder hab ich in der Nacht gemacht, ich weiß :D) Der Balkon gehört zudem auch zu dem Zimmer dazu. Hier lässt sich im Sommer wunderbar das eine oder andere Gläschen zu sich nehmen, haha. Es hat insgesamt eine Größe von 22qm.
Die Lage ist wirklich optimal. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Langenfortherplatz ist innerhalb von 7min fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Bahnhaltestelle Langenhagen Mitte ist ebenfalls nur 15min zu Fuß entfernt. Innerhalb von 5-10min sind auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das CCL sowie Apotheken und Fitnessstudios zu erreichen. Diverse Ärzte befinden auch in der Umgebung.
In der WG wohnt bereits ein Student.
Gegen einen Abschlag von 220€ würde ich gerne die nur ein Jahr alte Waschmaschine hier lassen, da ich mir leider ein kleineres Modell zulegen muss! :(
