We rent a room in a beautiful old building villa with very large garden ( 2,000 m2) in the center of Lausanne (1004) In the apartment are 4 rooms of different sizes. All rooms are furnished. The house is quiet and the rooms are bright, the mood is very relaxed.
The apartment has a floor area of 137 m2. The garden is for general use, there are garden furniture and a barbecue. The apartment is in the 1st floor. Die beiden großen Zimmer haben Parkettboden die beiden kleinen Linoleum. Das Wannenbad und das Gäste-WC sind gefliest. Es gibt einen Keller und einen eigenen PKW-Parkplatz sowie optional eine Garage. Geheizt wird über eine Gaszentralheizung. Das große, zu vermietende Zimmer hat einen offenen Kamin (im Winter ist Kaminholz vorhanden). Die Gemeinschaftsräume (Küche, Bad, WC, Wintergarten, Flur) werden einmal in der Woche geputzt. Glasfaser-Internet ist vorhanden.
