Das Zimmer ist mit c.a 17qm recht groß und man kriegt alles unter, was man so braucht. Schräger Dach, zwei Fenster, Durch die hohe Lage kommt genug Licht in den Raum. Der Boden besteht aus Laminat.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von der Alten Stadt sowie Bahnhof. Alle wichtigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der nächste Lebensmittelladen entfernt 1 Minute zu Fuß. Lidl, REWE, entfernen 10 Minuten Zu Fuß. Viele Restaurants sind in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Ray 29 Jahre alt. und Ismail 25 Jahre alt. Beide sind sehr nett, Kuchen gerne. Bisher ist es immer mal wieder zu gemeinsamem Kochen, oder diversen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten gekommen und das kann mit dir hoffentlich so weiter gehen.
Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, einer Spülmaschine und allen anderen Gebrauchsgegenständen, die eine gute Küche so braucht.
Es gibt außerdem eine neue Waschmaschine und in unserm Bad
Das Bad ist groß, hell, hat großes Fenster.
Es gibt in Innenhof eine Garten, in dem kann Mann grillen und entspannen.
