Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende!
da mein Mitbewohner mich Ende August verlässt suche ich für sein Zimmer eine/n Nachfolger/in. Das Zimmer ist 12m² und kann möbliert übernommen werden (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode), muss aber nicht. Dadurch, dass es sich bei der Wohnung um einen Altbau handelt sind die Decken sehr hoch und auch die Fenster sind groß, wodurch den ganzen Tag über genug Licht in das Zimmer fällt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtteil Huizum, ca. 25 Minuten von der Uni entfernt (mit Bus und Stadtbahn). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es rund um.
Ich bin Noah, 20 Jahre jung und studiere hier Life-Science. Ich würde mich freuen jemanden zu finden mit dem man auch mal Fornite zocken und chillen kann.
