Das Zimmer mit Parkettboden ist circa 17 qm groß und hell. Im Zimmer stehen ein (Tages-)Bett, eine Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch und Regal. Ich kann auch meine geliebte Pole Stage im Zimmer lassen. Der Raum ist zur Straße ausgerichtet, dort befindet sich auch direkt die Straßenbahnhaltestelle, es eignet sich daher leider nicht für sehr lärmempfindliche Menschen.
Die Wohnung ist ca 56 qm groß. Die Küche ist geräumig und gemütlich und an sie grenzt ein Balkon mit Morgensonne an. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne.
Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine.
The room is about 17 m² and has a wooden floor. There are a bed, a clothing rack, a desk and a shelf in the room. I can also leave my beloved stage pole in the room if you like. The windows direct to the street with a tram station so there are some traffic noises. I got easily used to it but it might not be the best choice for sensitive people.
The flat is about 56 qm². The kitchen is big and cozy also there's a balcony with morning sun.
I have a washing machine and a dishwasher that you can use.
Die Wohnung liegt in Leipzig Altlindenau. Der Auwald ist 500 Meter entfernt, die Georg-Schwarz-Str. ist belebt, es gibt Bars und Cafés. Mit dem Fahrrad ist der Weg nach Plagwitz nicht weit.
Die Tramstation (Linie 7) ist direkt vor dem Haus und bindet die Wohnung an die Innenstadt und den Leipziger Osten an.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen (Aldi und Konsum, zudem mehrere Bäcker).
Ein paar Häuser weiter gibt es einen Eisladen mit eigenen Eiskreationen.
The flat lies in Altlindenau. It's 500 meters to the forest. The Georg-Schwarz-Straße is a lively street with some nice bars and cafes. Plagwitz is not too far (especially with a bike).
In front of the house is a tram station (Line 7) that connects the area with the city center and the east.
Shops and bakeries are just around the corner and there's also a really nice ice parlor next to the house.
Levke (35, sie/ihr) und meine charmante Hündin Banana. Ich arbeite in Teilzeit aus dem Homeoffice und promoviere in Literaturwissenschaften, das heißt ich bin tagsüber viel Zuhause. Ab dem Abend gehe ich gerne zum Sport (Luftakrobatik und Tanz) oder fahre an einen der Leipziger Seen. Ich koche meist vegan.
Banana ist ein umgänglicher mittelgroßer Hund und freut sich über menschliche Gesellschaft (über tierische leider nicht so sehr).
Die Wohnung ist ein queer-offener Ort. Wichtig sind mir vor allem ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander, das Einhalten von Absprachen und Verlässlichkeit. Da Leipzig viele Möglichkeiten zu feiern bietet, ist die Wohnung eher ein ruhiger Ort. Auch das Haus ist eher ruhig. Besuch ist natürlich immer herzlich willkommen.
I'm Levke (she/her) and I live in the flat with my beloved dog Banana. I work remote from home and write my PhD (German literature). I'm often at home during the days. In the evenings I'm mostly gone (to my acrobatic and dance classes or just to visit some lakes with the bike). I cook mainly vegan food.
Banana loves human beings, she's a very friendly medium sized dog. Unfortunately she's not a big fan of other animals.
My apartment is a queer friendly space. I appreciate reliability and mutual respect. There are many opportunities to party in Leipzig so I prefer the flat to be a quite and calm, party free place. Also the other people in the house are really quite. Of course friends are always welcome!
Da ich allein in der Wohnung lebe, sind Ein- und Auszugsdatum nach Absprache flexibel!
Das früheste Einzugsdatum ist der 8. Juni.
Ich werde Mitte Juni bis Anfang Juli im Urlaub sein, es wäre ganz wunderbar, wenn du in der Zeit die Pflanzen gießen könntest.
I live alone so the moving dates are pretty flexible. Earliest date to move in is June 8th.
I will be on holiday mid June until the beginning of July, it would be really kind if you could take care of my plants during that time.
