Vom Zimmer aus kann der große Südbalkon erreicht werden. Aus den Fenstern blickt man ins Grüne, auch im Winter ist die Tanne grün. :)
Der 25 m² große Raum ist möbliert mit einem 2x1,4m großen Holzbett mit Nachttisch, Regalen, einem antiken Kleiderschrank, einer Kommode, einem großen Eckschreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl und einer netten Sitzecke mit zwei Sesseln und einem Beistelltisch.
Außerdem:
- Musikanlage mit Weckfunktion und Schallplattenspieler sowie einige Schallplatten, die gerne benutzt werdenkönnen.
- 23 Zoll Bildschirm + 5.1 Soundanlage sowie ein Full-HD Beamer mit Leinwand für ausgeprägten Heimkinogenuss (Anschluss über HDMI an das eigene Gerät erforderlich)
- Büchersammlung
Durch das große Fenster und die Balkontür fällt den ganzen Tag über viel Sonnenlicht ins Zimmer. Im Frühjahr ist der Balkon von morgens bis nachmittags sonnig.
Bettdecken, Kissen und Bezüge können kostenfrei bereitgestellt werden.

Directly from the room, the South balcony can be reached, which is perfect for eating, barbecue, sunning oneself and a relaxing view into the green (thanks to the fir tree the back yard is green even in winter).
The 25m² large room is furnished with a 2x1,4m large wooden bed with bedside table, shelves, an antique closet, a dresser, a big corner desk and a nice lounge with two armchairs and a small table. You are welcome to use my CD-player with integrated wake up function and turntable player as well as my Full-HD projector, the 23'' flatscreen, the 5.1 sound system and my book collection.
Because of the great window and the door to the balcony, you have sunlight during the whole day.
Blankets, pillows, sheets and linen can be used if needed.
Mit den Linien 7, 15 und 8 erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 13 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in nur 10 Minuten und man fährt fast ausschließlich durch Parks ohne Autoverkehr!
Altlindenau hat viel zu bieten: Immer wieder öffnen neue Bars, Bistros und Hausprojekte. In nächster Nähe gibt es die Cafés Ino, Pastel und Ocker, beliebte Cafés zum Arbeiten oder Entspannen mit Freisitz und Frühstücksangeboten, diverse Bars entlang der Georg-Schwarz-Straße, die bekannte Karl-Heine-Str. mit vielfältigen kulinarischen und kulturellen Angeboten ist in etwa 7 Gehminuten erreichbar.
In 2 Minuten ist man beim Netto und einer 24/7 geöffneten Tanke und zum Lindenauer Markt, wo es einen
großen Kaufland, Friseure, Bäcker, einen dm und vieles mehr gibt, braucht man 5 Minuten.
The city center can be reached by tram lines 7, 15 and 8 within 13 minutes. By bike it only takes 10 mins and you are biking through parks without traffic for nearly all of the time.
Altlinenau has developed into a nice students quarter. There are frequently new openings of bars and bistros and other projects. At the next street corner, there is a café named Ocker which offers tasty cakes and breakfast; the famous Karl-Heine-Str. with numerable restaurants and locations like cinemas and theaters can be reached within 7 mins by feet.
In 2 mins, you can reach the supermarket netto, a pharmacy and a gas station shop opened 24/7. The Lindenauer Markt, where there are a big supermarket named Kaufland, barber shops, a drugstore, bakeries and more, is only 5 mins away by feet (only 2 mins by bike).
Carlos (29, arbeitet meistens im Home Office) ist ein super lieber, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Mitbewohner. Bei allen Problemen ist er sofort zur Stelle. Wir kochen oft gemeinsam und jeder kann sich auch immer zurückziehen.
Es gibt in der WG eine große, schöne Küche, die jederzeit benutzt werden kann und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne sowie eine zusätzliche Toilette.
Carlos (29, works from home recently) is a very nice, helpful and obliging flat mate. If you will have any problem, he will try his best to help you. We often cook together, but you have the possibility to resile every time.
In the apartment, there is a large, beautiful kitchen, that can be used at every time and a bathroom plus an additional toilet.
Im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist die Benutzung meines Fahrrads! Ruf' einfach an oder schreibe ein Mail und wir können uns gerne treffen! :) Auch kürzere Anmietungszeit kann vereinbart werden.
Included in the rent is the free use of my bike! Just phone or mail me and we can meet! :) We can also agree on a shorter sublet period.
