Das 18 m² große Zimmer ist möbliert mit einer gemütlichen Matratze auf einem Lattenrost, zwei Regalen, einem Kleiderschrank und einem Schreibtisch. Schön ist es vor allem, am Fenster zu sitzen und die Straße und den gegenüberliegenden Hof mit den Vögeln in den Bäumen zu beobachten. Am Nachmittag hat man dort sehr schönes Sonnenlicht. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.
Das Zimmer steht ab dem 01. Januar 2022 frei. Je nachdem wie es Dir passt kannst Du ein paar Monate oder die gesamte Zeit mieten.

The 18 m² room is furnished with a cozy mattress on slatted frame, two shelves, a closet and a big desk.
Especially beautiful is the view from the window, where you can sit nicely. In the afternoon you'll have the sun shining in the room and on the other side of the street there are trees and birds to watch. Bed linen and towels are available.
The room vacant starting 01.01.2022. You may rent the room for a couple of month, starting in January or for the whole time.
Mit den Linien 7, 15 und 8 erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 13 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in nur 10 Minuten und man fährt fast ausschließlich durch Parks ohne Autoverkehr!
Altlindenau hat viel zu bieten: Immer wieder öffnen neue Bars, Bistros und Hausprojekte. In nächster Nähe gibt es die Gute Quelle, eine beliebte Tanzbar, das Ocka und das Pastel Café; die bekannte Karl-Heine-Straße ist in etwa 7 Gehminuten erreichbar.
In 2 Minuten ist man beim Netto und einer 24/7 geöffneten Tanke und zum Lindenauer Markt, wo es einen
großen Kaufland, einen dm und vieles mehr gibt, braucht man 5 Minuten.

The city center can be reached by trams 7, 15 and 8 within 13 minutes. By bike it only takes 10 mins and you can mainly cycle through parks without any car traffic.
Altlinenau has developped into a nice students quarter. There are frequently new openings of bars and bistros and other projects. Close by, there are a dance bar named Gute Quelle, the cafés Ocka and Pastel; the famous Karl-Heine-Straße can be reached in 7 mins by feet.
In 2 mins, you can reach the supermarket netto and the Lindenauer Markt, where there are a big supermarket named Kaufland, a drugstore (dm) and more, is only 5 mins away by feet.
