The room is small but you can fit the essentials as you can see in the picture :) The flat is located very central in Alt Lindenau, specifically in Hebelstraße, 2min walking from the Tram stop G.-Schwarz-/Merseburger Straße and 3 blocks away from Lindenauer Markt.
As for the equipment, it comes withe all the essentials: Dishwasher, sink, boiler, toaster, washing machine, pans, pots, cutlery, microwave, fridge with a small freezer.
My flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for the new tenant: Any gender between 25-39 years old (though this is not exclusive), laid back, down to the earth, open minded and willing to share a glass of wine or beer and cooking time to time. (Note that there’s no place for racist, sexist and homophobic people in this flat — LGBTQ+ friendly place!)
A little bit about me: I’m JuanPablo (from Chile), 32 years old, digital product designer living in Germany since almost 3 years now. I love music / music festival / make music, cooking, analog photography, traveling and spontaneous trips, artsy stuff, going out for drinks / dinner and meet new people whenever is possible. Hard to talk about myself but I think I’m chill and easy going, but let’s meet and find out more about each other! ^^
You must speak English or Spanish since I don’t speak German yet :)
