Das Zimmer ist nur zur Zwischenmiete verfügbar, weil im September meine Freundin einzieht. Es liegt zur Merseburgerstraße hin, die ist schon etwas befahren, sodass man im Sommer manchmal in den Konflikt Fenster auf/Fenster zu gerät.
Ansonsten hat es schöne Holzdielen und einen üppigen Kachelofen.
Nicht weit von Georg-Schwarz Straße, Karl-Heine-Straße, Stadion etc. Gegenüber gibt es einen Lidl und einen Bäcker. Schöne Bars & Cafés sind nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Straßenbahn, Bus und S-Bahn sind auch direkt ums Eck bzw gegenüber erreichbar.
Ich arbeite als Psychotherapeut in Ausbildung. Ansonsten mache ich gerne mal Musik (aber eher im Proberaum als in der Wohnung), kümmere mich um gutes Essen und so weiter :)
Kürzere Zeiträume zur Zwischenmiete als der o.g. Zeitraum sind auf jeden Fall auch ok. Sagt bitte einfach direkt Bescheid, welcher Zeitraum euch vorschwebt.
