Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17 qm groß, liegt an der Calvisiusstr. die ziemlich ruhig ist und ums positiv zu formulieren: deine friends können durch dein Fenster direkt in dein Zimmer klettern. :)
Neben der Wohnung gibts noch n sweeten Hinterhof und einen Dachboden, auf dem die Hausgemeinschaft immer mal abhängt wenn’s wieder wärmer ist.

Your room is about 17 sqm and is located on Calvisiusstr. which is pretty quiet and to put it positively: your friends can climb through your window directly into your room. :) (-->its the ground floor)
Next to the apartment there's a nice backyard and an attic where the house community hangs out from time to time when it's warmer again.
Die Wohnung liegt in Altlindenau, 2 min von der Georg-Schwarz-Str. entfernt. Da haben vor jetzt erst ein paar neue tolle Kneipen geöffnet und auch sonst ist der Westen sehr schön, es gibt in der Nähe den Kanal, Spätis, Cafés, Wald und Parks und so.

The apartment is located in Altlindenau, 2 min from Georg-Schwarz-Str.. There have just opened a few new great pubs and also otherwise the West is very nice, nearby is the canal, Spätis, cafes, forest and parks and so on.
Wir sind vor nicht all zu langer Zeit eingezogen, werkeln immer noch gerne hier dort ein bisschen rum und freuen uns sehr auf den*die 3. im bunde, aka dich! :) Wir beide (27+29) kennen uns schon lange und teilen im Zusammenleben eig gern alles, vom Kaffee ans Bett bis Heartbreak und Urlaube. Wir freuen uns auf ne Person, die auch Lust auf Gemeinschaftliches hat, auf polittalks, dancemoves, ausversehen-bis-morgens-in-der-Küche-versacken, Fürsorge und nen Ausflug zum See.

We moved in not too long ago, still like to tinker a bit here and there and are very much looking forward to the 3rd in the bunch, aka you! :) We both (27+29) know each other for a long time and share in living together eig like everything, from coffee in bed to heartbreak and vacations. We look forward to a person who also has a desire for community, polittalks, dancemoves, accidentally-stay-out-late-boozing-in-the-kitchen, care and a trip to the lake.
There's still a lot to tell, and I'm sure there's a lot to tell about you too, so let's meet!
