Dein neues Zimmer ist mit 21m² sehr geräumig, es hat zwei große Fenster auf die William-Zipperer-Straße raus. Morgens riecht man die frischen Brötchen vom Bäcker unten. :) Das Zimmer ist rechteckig geschnitten, mit einer Ecke zum Flur (siehe Bilder). Es hat gerade noch eine rote Wand, die Tobias auf jeden Fall noch für dich weiß macht, falls du sie nicht magst.
Küche und Bad sind echt groß für Stadt-Verhältnisse. (Ich liebe die mamorierten Fließen im Bad!) Der Balkon hat den ganzen Tag Sonne. Einige der Möbel wird Tobias noch mitnehmen, also ist auf jeden Fall Platz, falls du eigene Möbel für die Gemeinschaftsräume hast.
Die Miete wäre (inkl. Strom, Internet, Nebenkosten, GEZ) 370€.

Your new room has a total of 21m², two big windows facing the William-Zipperer street. You can smell the freshly baked goods from the little bakery below your window. Currently one wall is still painted red, from Tobias, who lived here before. But he would paint it white for you, if you dont like the red. :)
We have a really big kitchen and bathroom. (I love the black and white tiles!) There´s sun on the balkony the whole day.
Rent would be 370€ monthly (with all additional costs included).
Alt-Lindenau ist super entspannt.
Von uns aus ist man in 3 min an der Haltestelle der Linie 7, mit der man in 15min in der Innenstadt ist. Einkaufen geh ich meistens im Lidl (3min mit dem Rad) oder im Kaufland am Lindenauer Markt. Da findest du auch sonst alles, was man so braucht. Bei uns gleich um die Ecke liegt die Georg-Schwarz-Straße mit Bars und super leckerer Gastro :)
In ungefähr 10min ist man im Wald an der Friesenstraße.

You would be living in Alt-Lindenau, quiet and beautiful. The nearest tram-station is a 3min walk away. When you take Tram-Linie 7, you´d be in the city centre in around 15min. Grocery stores are 10min away (Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi). Theres a DM too at Lindenauer Markt. Georg-Schwarz-Straße is famous for it´s cozy bars and tasty gastronomy. :)
The forest at Friesenstraße is only 10min away - for a nice walk.
Tobias verlässt unsere cute WG für die Arbeit. Drin wohnen bleibe ich, Magda :) Ich arbeite zurzeit in einer Kita in der Nähe. Habe die letzten Jahre in Dresden studiert und bin erst seit letztem Herbst wieder in Leipzig.
Ich hab Lust auf entspanntes WG-Leben, abends zusammen kochen, spazieren gehen, gemeinsam mit einem Bier oder Wein auf dem Balkon chillen. Am Wochenende geh ich gern ins Theater, zeige dir auch gerne meine Lieblingsclubs in Leipzig. Mir ist es wichtig, dass es in der Wohnung halbwegs sauber ist. Aber das kriegen wir zusammen hin! :)
Schreib mir gerne ein paar Zeilen über dich und auch Fragen, falls du noch was wissen willst.

Tobias is leaving our cute little WG - for work. Living currently in the flat is me, Magda :) I work at a kindergarten. The last years I studied in Dresden. Living back again in Leipzig since Oktober.
I´m imagining cozy and supportive living together with another human. I´d like to cook together, with a beer or a glass of wine on the balcony, taking walks together. On weekends I like to go to the theatre. I can show you my favourite clubs of Leipzig.
I like to have it relatively clean at home. But we´ll work together on this. :)
