Ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in) zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Mai 2024. Eigentlich wohne ich zusammen mit meiner Freundin in der Wohnung. Diese befindet sich zur Zeit allerdings im fernen Norden für ein Auslandssemester. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist eigentlich mein Arbeitszimmer. Das werde ich dann aber noch leer räumen, sobald es so weit ist. Das Fenster geht in den Hinterhof (Süd-West Seite) heraus, wodurch es im Zimmer sehr ruhig ist. Offensichtlich ist das Zimmer nicht riesig, ein Bett und Schrank sollten aber locker reinpassen. Im Wohnzimmer steht noch ein Schreibtisch, welcher gerne genutzt werden kann.
EN: I am looking for a roommate until the end of May 2024. I actually live in the flat with my girlfriend. However, she is currently in the far north for a semester abroad. The room for rent is actually my workspace. I will empty it out as soon as the time comes. The window faces the backyard (southwest side), making the room very quiet. Obviously, the room is not huge, but a bed and wardrobe should fit in easily. There is also a desk in the living room, which can be used.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sanierten Plattenbau in der Liselotte-Herrmann-Straße. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch, neben Parks und Kleingartenanlagen. In 5-10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß aber auch in der Eisenbahnstraße oder in der Dresdner Straße für etwas mehr Action. Die Parksituation ist sehr entspannt. Im Umkreis befindet sich ein Konsum und ein Kaufland. Zur Uni fährt man mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten. Die Bahnlinien 3,4 & 7 sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen.
EN: The flat is located in a renovated prefabricated building in Liselotte-Herrmann-Straße. The location is very quiet and idyllic, next to parks and allotments. However, it is also a 5-10 minute walk to Eisenbahnstraße or Dresdner Straße for a bit more action. The parking situation is very relaxed. There is a Konsum supermarket and a Kaufland supermarket in the vicinity. The university is about 10 minutes away by bike. Tram lines 3, 4 and 7 are also within walking distance.
Abgesehen von meinem Schlafzimmer stehen natürlich alle Zimmer frei zur Verfügung. Im Wohnzimmer kann der Schreibtisch gerne genutzt werden. Fernseher mit zufriedenstellender Anlage ist auch vorhanden. Da die Wohnung einen geräumigen Balkon besitzt, kann dort bei Bedarf problemlos geraucht werden. Im Haus liegt der Altersdurchschnitt der Anwohner wahrscheinlich jenseits der 50, allerdings soll das nicht davon abhalten, auch mal in der Wohnung ein kühles Getränk zu genießen und gute Musik zu hören.
Ich selber bin ein ruhiger Mitmensch, trotzdem gerne für jegliche Freizeitaktivitäten zu haben. Ich schreibe zurzeit meine Bachelorarbeit und kann Ablenkung sowieso gut gebrauchen :)
Mir wäre es wichtig, dass ihr stubenrein seid und hin und wieder darauf achtet, etwas Ordnung zu halten. Ansonsten ist eigentlich jede(r) gerne willkommen.
EN: Apart from my bedroom, all rooms are of course free to use. You are welcome to use the desk in the living room. A TV with a satisfactory sound system is also available. Since the flat has a spacious balcony, it is possible to smoke there without any problems if necessary. The average age of the residents in the house is probably over 50, but this should not prevent you from enjoying a cool drink and listening to good music in the flat.
I'm a quiet person myself, but I'm still up for any kind of leisure activity. I'm currently writing my bachelor's thesis and can really use some distraction anyway :)
It would be important to me that you are house-trained and take care to keep things tidy from time to time. Apart from that, everyone is welcome.
