Die WG befindet sich in der Kohlgartenstr. (Leipziger Osten). Das Rabet und die Eisebahnstr. können fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreicht werden.
Ich werde für 2-3 Monate in Südamerika sein, weswegen ich gerne mein Zimmer untervermieten würde.
Du würdest definitiv mit Katie zusammenleben. Katie kommt aus New York, ist Tätowiererin im Studio Venèll, ist ziemlich funny und kann extrem gut kochen.
Sonst ist noch etwas ungewiss, mit wem du sonst zusammenleben wirst, da unsere anderen geliebten zwei Mitbewohnis uns leider Ende Dezember verlassen. 🥲 Die neuen Mitbewohner*innen werden aber sicherlich auch ganz wundervoll sein.
Bzgl. der Mietzeit bin ich etwas flexibel. Ich will die Wohnung definitiv Februar und März vermieten und könnte wenn Interesse besteht, die Wohnung auch noch im April vermieten.
