Nachdem ich drei Jahre in Ausbildung war, möchte ich mir erstmal eine Auszeit nehmen und etwas reisen.
Und hier kommst DU ins Spiel :)
Ich biete dir mein Zimmer von 16 m2 zu bewohnen in der Zeit von August 2024 bis Oktober 2024. Ich werde es komplett möbliert lassen, also brauchst du dich um nichts kümmern! Dir steht ein Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank sowie eine Kommode zur Verfügung. Es gibt genügend Stauraum, um deine Sachen unterzubringen.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem Viertel mit super vielen jungen und offenen Menschen. Es sind nicht mal 5 Min Fußweg zur Bahn, mit welcher du in 10 Min in der Stadt und in der Uni bist. Aldi, Kaufland, der Regina Palast und Lene-Voigt Park sind ebenfalls um die Ecke.
Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer teilst du dir mit einer Mitbewohnerin. Bisher hat es ohne Putzplan sehr gut funktioniert, deswegen hoffe ich es ist auch in deinem Interesse die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu halten. Gemeinsame Koch-, Spiel- und Filmabende sind auch willkommen :)
Random facts:
- im Wohnzimmer gibts einen Fernseher, auf welchen du Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, usw. schauen kannst
- es gibt eine Wii
- Parkplätze gibt es theoretisch auch, bloß ab 20 Uhr wird es schwierig einen zu finden
