Hallo zusammen!
Ich bin vom 07.08.-28.08 nicht daheim. Daher steht eine komplette Wohnung frei. Das eine Zimmer ist leer (Klappbett kann noch reingestellt werden) und das andere ist möbliert. Bettwäsche, Handtücher alles kann benutzt werden. Im Preis ist alles inbegriffen (Warmmiete, Strom, Internet). Der Preis ist für die gesamte Wohnung, auch wenn ihr "nur" ein Zimmer nutzen könnt. Dafür habt ihr eure Ruhe. Ihr könnt aber gern Preisvorschläge machen, weil ich ab dem 07.08. weg bin und keine Schlüssel mehr übergeben kann.

In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Konsum, Aldi, Penny und Kaufland. Überall an der Kohlgartenstraße sind Dönerschmieden und Pizzabäcker. Gleich nebenan ist der Lene-Voigt Park. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle Breite Straße (4), Reudnitz/Koehlerstraße (4, 7) und Bushaltestelle Martinstraße (72, 73) sind bequem in 5-10 Minuten laufen zu erreichen
