Hallo liebe Wg Suchende.
Da mich meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin verlässt, suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner ab dem ersten Dezember. Das Zimmer ist schön groß und hell mit einem rustikalen Stil wegen unserem tollen Fachwerk.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Möbel meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin ganz oder teilweise zu übernehmen gegen eine Ablöse.
Falls ihr auf der Suche nach einer neuen WG seid, freue ich mich auf eure Nachricht.

Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage, der nächste Supermarkt, Apotheke etc sind nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Zu Bus und Bahn läuft man auch gerade einmal fünf Minuten, in die Innenstadt kommst du mit der Tram in zehn Minuten.

Ich bin Studentin und gerne für alle möglichen Ausflüge zu haben, solange Stundium und Job es zulassen. Wie du auf dem Foto schon gesehen hast, wohnt auch WG Katze Baileys hier, du solltest also besser keine Allergie haben oder Angst vor Katzen und gerne Zeit mit ihnen verbringen.

Die Wohnung ist im vierten Stock ohne Aufzug, das solltest du aber als Fitness-Challenge sehen. Als unsportliche Person kann ich dir versichern, in ein paar Tagen ist das absolut kein Problem mehr ;-). Falls ich dein Interesse wecken konnte, kontaktiere mich einfach.
