Das Zimmer ist ca 16m2 groß, hat hohe Decken und zwei große Fenster, die es mit Licht durchfluten. Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch,... bleibt alles drin und ist vorrübergehend deins (inklusive ein wenig Grünzeug)! Die Wohnung wurde vor 6, 7 Jahren komplett renoviert und ist daher noch recht schick und es funktioniert eigentlich noch alles top, wie z.B. der Duschstrahl :) Im Bad wartet außerdem noch eine Badewanne auf dich!
Die Küche ist geräumig, hat alles was man braucht (inkl. Spülmaschine, die zum WG-Frieden beiträgt!). Es ist auch Platz für ein Tischchen, an dem gerne gefrühstückt, zu Abend gegessen und gespielt wird. Von der Küche aus gelangt man auf unseren großen Balkon, welcher zum Garten ausgerichtet ist im Sommer den Mittelpunkt des WG Lebens bildet.
I am renting my completely furnished room from the end of May until beginning of July. You will be living with 2 male flatmates who are super friendly and open minded. We enjoy hanging out together, drinking coffee in the morning or a beer or wine in the evening. We try to cook together, but since all of us are quite busy with work/uni/life stuff, we are not always at home together. So if you're looking for a good mix between social life but also have your own stuff going on, you'd be a good fit for us!

Die Wohnung liegt an der Grenze Reudnitz & Anger-Crottendorf, direkt an der Haltestelle Breite Straße. Man braucht buchstäblich bloß vor die Tür fallen - perfekt für Leute, die gerne spät dran sind und nur im Laufschritt die Bahn noch erreichen!
Drumherum gibts viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Kaufland, Penny und Aldi. Auch unser Lieblingsspäti ist direkt um die Ecke! Und natürlich der mehr oder weniger schöne Lene Voigt Park...
Bis in die Stadt/Uni sind es mit dem Rad grade mal 10 min und genauso lange mit der Bahn (Linie 4).
The apartment is located on the border Reudnitz & Anger-Crottendorf, directly at the tram and bus stop Breite Straße. You literally just have to fall out of the door - perfect for people who like to be late and can only reach the train at a run!
Around there are many shopping possibilities, such as Kaufland, Penny and Aldi. Also our favorite Späti is right around the corner! And of course the more or less beautiful Lene Voigt Park...
To the city/university it is just 10 min by bike and just as long by train (line 4).
Mit etwas Glück wirst auch du in Zukunft mit Kaffee am Bett und frischen Brötchen vom besten Bäcker Leipzigs geweckt! Die Türen sind bei uns eigentlich selten geschlossen, und die zwei Mitbewohner (Gergö & Paul) sind beide für jeden Quatsch zu haben. Wir sitzen gerne bei Kaffee und/oder Bierchen zusammen und tauschen uns über das Weltgeschehen aus oder labern einfach nur Blödsinn. Hinzuzufügen ist noch, dass wir uns wohl gerade auch wegen unseres robusten Humors gerne mögen.
Beide Mitbewohner sind allerdings auch manchmal busy mit Unizeugs und Freizeitkrams.
Uns ist ein harmonisches Zusammenleben wichtig, wir teilen vieles und kochen meist füreinander mit, aber alles recht unkompliziert. Putzplan war bisher noch nicht von Nöten, ein gewisser Standard konnte auch so gehalten werden.
Wenn du also eine gute Balance zwischen WG Leben und deinem eigenen Ding suchst, bist du hier an der richtigen Adresse.

The doors are actually rarely closed with us, and the two roommates (Gergö & Paul) are both available for any nonsense. We like to sit together over coffee and/or beer and talk about world events or just babble bullshit. We also like each other because of our robust sense of humor.
Both roommates are mostly busy with university/work and leisure time stuff.
It is important for us to live together in harmony, we share a lot of things and usually cook for each other, but everything is quite uncomplicated. Cleaning schedule has not been necessary so far, a certain standard could be maintained. ;)
