Du bekommst ein 15qm und ein 12qm Zimmer im Hochparterre. Du darfst Dir aussuchen, ob du es teilmöbiliert haben möchtest oder nicht. Es gibt ein fensterloses Bad mit Badewanne und eine kleine Küche mit Balkonzugang. Im Keller befinden sich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Auch sollte noch etwas Stellfläche im Kellerabteil verfügbar sein.
Wichtig: Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen aktiven Internetanschluss. Du hast die Möglichkeit per Vodafone Hotspot Ticket für monatlich jeweils 30 Euro dir einen kabellosen Internetzugang zu schaffen. (Im Mietpreis mit einberechnet)

I'm Max (27, he/him, cis-dude) and I'm looking for a roommate for April 2024 to the end of September 2024. Short-term arrangements with a minimum rental period of 3 months are also possible.
You'll get a 15.5 sqm and a 12 sqm room on the mezzanine floor. You can choose whether you want them partially furnished or not. There's a windowless bathroom with a bathtub, a small kitchen with balcony access. In the basement, there's a washing machine and dryer, and there should be some additional storage space available in the cellar compartment.
Important note: The apartment doesn't have an active internet connection. You have the option to obtain wireless internet access through a Vodafone Hotspot ticket for €30 per month.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im berüchtigten, links-alternativen Connewitz mit allerlei Geschäften, Bars und Imbissen. Die nächste Haltestelle wäre die Stockartstraße (5 Minuten Fußweg max.)
The apartment is located in the infamous, left-alternative neighborhood of Connewitz, with various shops, bars, and eateries. The nearest public transportation stop is Stockartstraße (maximum 5 minutes on foot).
Ich bin derzeit viel am arbeiten und tagsüber nicht oft zuhause. Trotzdem könnte man ja das ein oder andere Gathering veranstalten, wenn es sich ergibt. Ich lad ab und an friends zu mir ein um einen gemütlichen Abend oder Sonntagsbrunch zu verbringen. Fühle dich frei Flur, Küche, Bad so einzurichten, wie es dir gefällt. Wir können über alles reden. :)
