hii i am looking for roommates for my wg-newfounding in connewitz, right at the wiedebacher platz! there are 2 rooms: one is 11sqm and costs warm 390, the other is 16sqm and costs warm 430. here the other:

both have really nice parquet flooring, the bigger one goes out to the street, but you have a nice one facing the park and see the sunset, the smaller one has a view into the courtyard and is accordingly quieter. Further pictures follow :)

beide haben richtig schönes parkett, das größere geht raus zur straße, man hat aber eine schöne sicht auf den park gegenüber und sieht den sonnenuntergang, das kleinere hat einen blick in den innenhof und ist dementsprechend ruhiger. Weitere Bilder folgen noch :)
the location is top, in the middle of connewitz, the tram stops right in front of the door and opposite you look into the green :)
die lage ist top, mitten in connewitz, die straßenbahn hält direkt vor der tür und gegenüber schaut man ins grüne :)
to live: I would like to live in a family living in which everyone feels comfortable and which not only reduces to the occasional chat, but in which one really spends time together and develops in the best case friends :)
to me: I am Isabell, 19 years old and study architecture at the htwk, I am very happy to go outside, whether on camping trips or in nem park with friends, koche like, lese, make sport, creative and generally try new things, I am always for spontaneous ideas! my latest project is gitarre learning and super happy I would go to potter! next to the uni I work in a socio-cultural center and give help from time to time, so I might have listened out in my day and I like it too:) Of course I am also chilling and do not expect 24/7 program in the wg, I am also very busy with the study if you have no desire to communicate on your other people as long as you have hidden yourself in the room! for me it's still important to say that I like to visit people and, in any case, I'm open to you taking your friends!

zum wg leben: ich möchte gerne in einer familiären wg wohnen in der sich alle wohl fühlen und die sich nicht nur aufs gelegentliche quatschen reduziert sondern in der man wirklich zeit miteinander verbringt und sich im besten fall freundschaften entwickeln :)
zu mir: ich bin Isabell, 19 Jahre alt und studiere architektur an der htwk, ich bin sehr gern draußen unterwegs, ob auf camping trips oder in nem park mit freunden, koche gern, lese, mache sport, kreatives und probiere generell gern neue dinge aus, bin immer für spontane ideen zu haben! mein neuestes projekt ist gitarre lernen und super gerne würde ich mal töpfern gehen! neben der uni arbeite ich in einem soziokulturellen zentrum und gebe ab und zu nachhilfe, wie man also vielleicht raushört hab ich in meinem alltag gut was zutun und genauso mag ich es auch :) natürlich bin ich auch mal am chillen und erwarte nicht 24/7 programm in der wg, bin auch eh mit dem studium ganz gut beschäftigt, wenn man mal an nem tag keine lust auf andere menschen hat und sich in seinem zimmer versteckt auch völlig ok, solange die kommunikation passt! für mich ist es aber trotzdem wichtig zu sagen, dass ich gern mal leute zu besuch habe und auf jeden fall auch offen dafür bin, dass du deine friends mitnimmst!

it is a new start-up, kitchen and washing machine are in it but all other things we would have to get together. ideas to the facility are coming! :)
es handelt sich um eine neugründung, küche und waschmaschine sind drin aber alle anderen sachen müssten wir zusammen anschaffen. ideen zur einrichtung sind wollkommen! :)
