Das Zimmer hat 18m² und bietet Dir durch das (optionale) Podestbett viel Stauraum. Es ist eher quadratisch statt schlauchig, mit hohen Decken plus Stuk. Die Holzdielen schmiegen sich wohlwollend an deinen Fuß. Zwei südliche Fenster geben Dir einen Blick auf den eigentlich doch ziemlich grünen Wiedebachplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt in Connewitz, keine 5 Minuten zum Connewitzer Kreuz mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Connewitz bietet einem alles was man so braucht an Supermarkt, Kultur, Kneipe, etc. Der Späti unten lädt auch zu mehr ein, als nur schnell mal Klopapier oder was zu Trinken holen.
Wir sind Studierende und Arbeitende, die sich gegenseitig gerne mögen. Tür zu oder Tür auf geht alles, aber Klopfen geht eigentlich immer. Meistens hängen wir aber eh im Wohnzimmer oder so rum, gehen raus, oder machen halt so unser Ding.
